Our product range is designed to be robust, reliable and fit for purpose.

Art and Craft Products:

We do not aim to supply the highest end art products for professional artists, but products which are cost effective and satisfy the artist’s desire to produce good student or hobbyist quality work.  That said, it’s not unusual for professional artists to use our products for day to day and experimentation work.  Our products have excellent colour and flow characteristics and are a pleasure to use.  Brian Clegg seek to make art and craft products more accessable for example Super Heavy Body Acrylic paint historically has been a product with a limited market due to its cost.  Brian Clegg have created a student / hobbyist version of this paint.  We also strive to make our art products user friendly for the younger user, more cleanable (please see our ‘CleanArt’ Acrylic Paint products), well packaged, with good shelf life.

Metal Toy Products:

 Our metal toy products are the most durable on the market, frames have ten year guarantees, they do not break and in the event they need a repair (typically hand gips and pedals), we operate a spares service to keep the toy on the playground.  They represent the best lifetime value for toys of their type.

Service:

We continually strive to operate at the highest levels of customer service. Our business ensures that our delivery performance is excellent and where there are instances of problems we communicate closely with our customers to resolve issues.  This includes technical resolution where we will talk to schools directly concerning problems which they may encounter.

We aim to be the most cost effective art products manufacturer and we are continually striving to improve our efficiency whilst maintaining the intimacy that our clients expect. We are continually investing in mechanisation of production, IT and packaging, so we are at the forefront of lowest cost with the constraint of customisation for customer needs.

Standards and Legislative Requirements:

Legislation is becoming ever more complex and we seek to keep ahead of trends in this area by being expert. All of our products are certified by independent laboratories to satisfy current legislation such as REACH and EN71 and our products carry a CE mark to indicate that they satisfy all regulations.

The business has  full ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 14001 Environmental accreditation and strives to continually improve its processes to become the best at what we do. We are very aware of our responsibility to our customers and seek to control the supply chain as much as possible, by ensuring raw materials and our processes create a safe product.
